Service Policies
Booking Policy
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, Instagram, or WhatsApp. We'll confirm your booking and preferred time slot. Please provide accurate vehicle and location information to ensure we bring the right equipment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We'll work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Lateness Policy
If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to wait, but significant delays may require rescheduling to maintain our service commitments to other customers.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and bank transfers. Prices are confirmed before we begin work, and any additional charges will be discussed with you first.

For mobile outdoor services, severe weather may affect our ability to deliver quality results. We'll contact you if weather conditions require rescheduling to ensure the best possible finish for your vehicle.

For mobile service, we need access to water and electricity where possible. If utilities aren't available at your location, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
